Click the "Add..." button to bring up the "Add Tool" dialog. Enter the name of the command in the "Tool" edit box. Enter the alias for the command that will appear in the "Tools" menu in the "Menu Alias" edit box. Click the "Add" button. Removing a Custom Tool: Select the "Settings->Custom Tools..." menu item. Select the tool you wish to remove from the list. Click the "Remove" button.
